This is my rendition: 5 things to do to make a difference to Singapore before you hit the lorry.

1. Eradicate COE and ERP system.
2. Lower the pay of the Government.
3. Make carpark attendants lazy.
4. Make Singapore a democratic country.
5. Privatise the Government.
