SMU I.T system sucks to the core. Stupid rule about asking us to change password every few months. Yet now I want to change, the system kept on not recognising the new password and not allow me to log on. When I log on, it asks me to change. Then when I change it, it does not allow me to change!

yoh u noe y cannot or not? becos u now need to have 2 numbers, 2 CAPITAL letters in addition to the previous password format.
